We would request a minimum order of ten pieces per design, but we will entertain lesser orders if we have the requested piece in stock and if customer wants samples.

Prices given are calculated as average stone costs for a variety of different stones. Some prices may fluctuate if expensive stones are ordered in specific designs. Upon receipt of proforma invoice, please verify prices by double-checking your proforma invoice.

Once we receive your order, we will send a proforma invoice to confirm the order. We will proceed only after your final confirmation of the proforma invoice. Upon confirmation, we request 50% advance payment before beginning production. The balance 50% will be due immediately prior to shipping.

Production time is generally two to four weeks from confirmation of order. Goods will be shipped immediately thereafter using the shipping method of your choice. Given prices do not include shipping and insurance. There are no packing and handling charges on silver purchases. We will arrange all appropriate export documents and paperwork.
